Key Responsibilities:
* Handle daily office and client financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and account reconciliations.
* Monitor office and client bank accounts for incoming/outgoing payments.
* Process and authorise large volume and high-value transactions confidently and accurately.
* Assist with internal and external accounts queries.
* Ensure compliance with accounts rules, money laundering regulations, and VAT regulations.
* Manage VAT returns and statutory payments, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Perform monthly payroll runs and supplier reconciliations.
* Conduct balance reviews and month-end reporting.
* Build strong internal working relationships

ACCA/ACA qualified, with a desire to progress into a main Accountant role within 3-5 years.
