Responsibilities:
4. Provide high-quality social work services to adults in need.
5. Conduct assessments to understand the needs, strengths, and risks of the individuals.
6. Develop, implement, and review care plans in collaboration with the service user.
7. Advocate for the rights and needs of service users.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
8. Social Work England registration
9. Eligible to work in the UK
10. Hold a full UK licence
11. Post-qualified experience
12. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
