Responsibilities include
Learn to promote and sell parts to meet customer needs.
Booking in repairs and liaising with customers regarding repairs.
Learn and assist with ordering in parts in line with operational needs and chase suppliers.
Assist in keeping parts inventory clean, orderly, and well organised.
Representing the business in a professional customer focused manner at all times.
Ensure a high standard of health and safety for both colleagues and customers.
Requirements
Accuracy and attention to detail.
A passion for customer care with excellent customer service skills.
Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a good work ethic.
Able to work as part of a team.
Good communication.
PC literate.
Driving licence preferred.
Experience
No experience necessary as training will be provided.
Would suit school leaver.
Salary is dependent on experience.
