The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Solutions Director to lead growth across key accounts in the UK & Ireland. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing senior customer relationships, driving new business, and protecting and growing existing enterprise accounts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy, delivering innovative value propositions, and leading cross‑functional teams to accelerate business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
* Lead business development across Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, identifying and winning new opportunities
* Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and securing new business
* Own retention and renewal strategies, maximising customer lifetime value
Customer Engagement
* Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with key stakeholders
* Understand customer business goals and design tailored, value‑based solutions
* Position Abbott as a trusted strategic partner
Commercial Excellence
* Develop and execute account plans and sales forecasts
* Deliver profitable growth, meeting revenue and margin targets
* Adapt and align value propositions to customer needs, market dynamics, and company strategy
Team Leadership
* Lead and coach high‑performing teams (Enterprise Account Managers, Sales Executives and Technical Specialists)
* Foster collaboration across functions to deliver integrated solutions
