We’re partnering with a growing business to hire a Finance Manager who will oversee the finance function across multiple sites, providing accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and support for senior leadership decision-making. What you’ll do: Manage weekly site P&L preparation and monthly consolidated management accounts. Oversee prepayments, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure compliance and accuracy. Analyse site performance, highlight key variances, and provide actionable insights. Prepare monthly MI packs for senior leadership and support budgeting and rolling forecasts. Support year-end close and liaise with external auditors. Drive finance process improvements and support colleagues with day-to-day queries.What we’re looking for: ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Part-Qualified. Minimum 2 years’ experience in management accounting or finance management. Advanced Excel skills.
