About the Role
There's a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Section Manager, you'll motivate your Section Leaders and colleagues to deliver high standards across your section, maximise availability, and drive sales. You'll maintain shop floor standards, coach your team, and ensure merchandising and operational standards are met, including safe and smooth back-of-house operations. You may need to multi-task across store areas. If you're looking to develop in retail, this could be the role for you.
As part of the leadership team, you'll work a three-week rolling rota including weekends, evenings, and occasional late nights. You may sometimes be solely responsible for the store, requiring confidence in overseeing overall operations.
About You
You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable to change, friendly, and eager to work with your team to deliver results. An enthusiastic approach, strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills are essential. You'll be a role model to managers and colleagues, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience.
