Accurately manage and respond to customer queries, providing timely solutions, in line with Company values. Input, process, and track customer orders using internal systems and CRMs, ensuring high attention to detail. Prepare and print delivery notes, invoices, and other relevant documentation. Liaise with the warehouse team and drivers to support order fulfilment, stock checks, and resolve order issues. Occasionally work in the warehouse, adhering to health and safety requirements, including wearing high-visibility clothing. Maintain and update internal systems and records accurately. Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations. Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service excellence. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, efficiency, and overall customer experience. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, ideally in a branch or operational environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach. Confident handling of customer queries and problem-solving. Experience using CRMs, portals, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable going in to a warehouse environment when required, following safety procedures, including wearing high-visibility clothing.
