For over 135 years, Wilkin & Sons has been producing world-class food from the village of Tiptree in Essex. Our Tiptree brand is recognised and loved across the UK and in more than 60 countries worldwide. Alongside our famous preserves, we proudly operate Coles Puddings, Thursday Cottage, and Tiptree Patisserie. Now, we're looking for a Sales Director to join our leadership team and drive the next chapter of growth. This is not just another sales leadership role. It's a unique opportunity to:

Qualifications
* A strong track record in FMCG, ideally across both UK and international channels.
* Experience managing major UK grocer relationships.
* Strategic vision, commercial acumen, and the drive to exceed targets.
* The ability to balance growth with brand integrity.
