Responsibilities
* Assisting in the setup and use of cutting-edge learning materials and equipment
* Supervising and mentoring students and work placement trainees in practical sessions
* Managing stock, ordering materials, and ensuring the smooth running of workshops
* This is a hands-on role where you'll work in an exciting, fast-paced environment, helping to create a stimulating learning space for the next generation of electricians.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a technician (or the enthusiasm and willingness to learn!)
* A good understanding of Health & Safety and hygiene regulations (or an eagerness to develop these skills)
* Strong interpersonal skills and a flexible, can-do attitude
* Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to change
* A proven team player, capable of building strong working relationships
