Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in London (Nearest Station London Bridge) for a Social Media Assistant. The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for creating and posting social media content, engaging with followers, assisting with social media marketing campaigns, and monitoring social media metrics. Additional tasks include drafting posts, coordinating with the marketing team, and staying updated on the latest social media trends.
Key Responsibilites:
* Assist with the planning, drafting and scheduling of content across social media channels, email newsletters and other communications.
* Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams (such as design and production) and external partners (including designers, producers, paid media, and PR agencies), providing them with any required materials
* Track and organize marketing assets, ensuring everything is up to date, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Support the timely development and delivery of seasonal campaigns, events and initiatives across CHE Studios' Social media marketing projects.
* Assist with production activities, including tracking delivery timings, managing invoices and costs and following up with vendors and external partners
* Coordinate PR activities, including managing gifting, maintaining relationships with friends of the brand and supporting press-related projects with PR agency
* Manage samples for shoots and showroom activity, ensuring smooth coordination and availability
* Conduct desk research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies and initiative
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
* Proficiency in Communication and Writing
* Experience managing multiple social media accounts
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
