Responsibilities
* Provide grooming services including bathing, trimming, and styling of various breeds of dogs.
* Assess the condition of dog coats and skin, identifying any health issues that may require veterinary attention.
* Maintain a clean and safe grooming environment, adhering to hygiene standards.
* Handle dogs safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process.
* Communicate effectively with dog owners regarding their dog grooming needs and aftercare instructions.
* Manage appointments and maintain records of services provided to each dog.
* Assist in lifting heavier animals when necessary, ensuring their safety during the grooming process.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in grooming to level 3 certification is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of animal behaviour and care practices is essential.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with dog owners.
* Experience in handstripping.
* Experience in ultrasonic teeth cleaning desirable.
* A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being is crucial.

Pay: £31,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
