Test Manager (12-month contract) Location: Hybrid, 2 days onsite (London) Rate: Up to £400/day (inside IR35) Start: ASAP, interviews w/c 13th April Experienced Testing Manager needed to lead end-to-end testing across council customer journeys, focused on CRM, integrations and core system upgrades. Hands-on role with some integration testing (especially payments) and light automation. Key responsibilities Own test strategy, plans, environments and data Lead SIT, UAT, regression and E2E testing across CRM and core systems Hands-on integration testing (payments, refunds, reconciliation) Maintain basic automation (e.g. C#) Manage defects and drive resolution Report on test progress, risks and release readiness Support UAT and ensure consistent standards across services Essential experience Strong test management across SIT, UAT, regression and E2E CRM testing and core system upgrade assurance Integration testing, ideally payment journeys APIs, middleware and data flow testing Basic test automation capability Strong stakeholder management and reporting Experience with tools like ServiceNow or SAP CALM Desirable Local government experience Verint CMpro or similar Building reusable regression packs Comfortable using AI Please apply now with your most up to date CV if this is of interest.
