About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to teach English across KS3 and KS4, inspiring students to build confidence in reading, writing, and communication while nurturing a genuine love for literature.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver engaging, creative lessons that bring the English curriculum to life
* Monitor and assess student progress, offering clear and supportive feedback
* Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive
* Play an active part in the wider school community and extracurricular life
Who We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from teachers who have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* A degree in English or a closely related subject
* Experience teaching English in a secondary school setting
* Strong interpersonal skills and confident classroom management
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
