Your Role as a Theatre Team Lead
You will:
1. Lead and manage a small team within the orthopaedic theatre, supported by a Theatre Manager and Deputy.
2. Deliver exemplary planned care for patients undergoing elective procedures.
3. Act as a role model, demonstrating clinical excellence and leadership.
4. Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring development needs are met.
