Key Responsibilities:
Supporting day-to-day factory operations
Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
Carrying out manual handling and production tasks
Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in a production or factory setting is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to targets
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the shift pattern
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
