Our client, a well-established supplier of high-quality vehicle parts, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Business Development Manager to join their team, covering the Medway, Tonbridge, and Canterbury areas of Kent.

Duties
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase parts sales revenue in designated territories
* Identify and secure new customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
* Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs
* Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of genuine parts to mechanic and bodyshop clients
* Manage customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with centre managers and colleagues to support marketing initiatives and sales campaigns
* Analyse market data to identify opportunities and optimise sales approaches
* Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively meet customer needs and address objections
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive parts sector
* Strong understanding of trade parts and supplier operations
* Demonstrable success in developing new business and managing customer relationships
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
