Role Overview
Putting the customer at the center, you will support the Store Manager in managing the store to maximize profitability through sales, cost management, and delivering our brand visually. You will create an inspiring environment aligned with our culture, support team development, and maintain high standards according to company guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example, ensuring brand integrity and high standards.
* Drive customer service to exceed expectations.
* Train, coach, and develop your team; conduct appraisals and performance reviews.
* Analyze financial, retail, and company data to maximize sales and support decision-making.
* Manage store budget through scheduling, cost controls, and productivity.
* Implement retail plans with effective planning and organization.
* Communicate with Head Office to optimize stock and visual merchandising.
* Ensure procedures for cash, stock, health and safety, security, and loss prevention are followed.
* Oversee visual merchandising, including sales and seasonal launches.
* Adhere to all policies, procedures, and legal obligations, including GDPR.
* In the absence of the Store Manager, assume responsibilities to ensure store success in sales, standards, and team development.
