Responsibilities
* Support the store manager with all aspects of running a busy store.
* Lead and develop your team of colleagues in-store to maximise sales and profit and meet store targets.
* Maintain the highest standards of presentation and customer service to create a welcoming store environment.
* Contribute to the charity’s mission by generating funds to help children’s lives.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Well organized with excellent communication skills.
* Willing to learn and develop with an experienced store manager by your side.
