Overview
We are seeking a highly intelligent individual with a positive disposition to join our small office based team and make a real difference to our services and our operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our private healthcare services with a key focus on quality customer service. The ideal candidate will enjoy phone and video based customer communication at different levels, will be highly proficient with modern cloud-based applications, maintaining attention to detail in a multi-tasking environment.
Duties
* Friendly and professional service support for new and existing customers, including new enquiry call handling
* Formulation of costed Customer Proposals for Services
* Organisation and coordination of timely service delivery and service conclusion including liaison with OT professionals, clients and customers
* Provider and Customer account management including invoicing and payments
* Support for Service KPI review and analysis
Requirements
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills are essential, with the ability to synthesize complex information and determine appropriate courses of action
* Strong foundation in verbal and written professional communications, including telephony-based advice and support.
* Naturally positive disposition oriented towards friendly, professional customer-oriented service management and delivery
* Demonstrable ability to build strong, effective internal and external professional relationships
* Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM solutions and Google Workspace (or Microsoft 365) is essential
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a healthcare service environment outside of the NHS will be considered an asset
