Role:
As a Contact Centre Administrator, you will provide Porsche Retail Group’s Contact Team with administration support for all service bookings and maintenance of customer vehicles, whilst ensuring the groups workshops are loaded in such a manner that ensures efficient utilisation of available capacity. To administrate outbound predictive marketing for all Porsche Retail Group centre customers.
Responsibilities:
* Liaising with Customer Contact Advisor to ensure all customer receive a booking confirmation email, personalising the confirmation as necessary and as per the relevant centre’s requirements.
* Ensuring customer loan vehicles are correctly administered
* Ensuring booking is correctly administer into the relevant systems
* Understand and assist in the delivery of Business Strategy and Objectives
* Deliver an agreed level of service to the internal and external customers, business partners, and external suppliers
* Assist the Contact Team by filtering through 1st wave POLK for prospective service and MOT booking
* Take ownership for personal development needs in anticipation of Business requirements
* Always adhere to company policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
* Proven experience within an administrative role
* Exposure to using the Microsoft packages
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience within a luxury retail brand
* Keen knowledge/interest in the automotive industry
