Vehicle Technician required in Salisbury.
1. Starting salary up to £35,000 per annum plus a competitive uncapped bonus structure providing uncapped on target earnings of £50,000+ per annum.

3. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8:30am to 12:30pm.
Our client, a large franchise-approved car dealership situated in the Salisbury region, is currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join their Service Department.
As a Vehicle Technician, your main duties will include:
4. Carrying out vehicle health checks, fault diagnosis, repair and service on customers' vehicles as instructed to the standards laid down by the manufacturer and our client's high standards.
5. You will need to ensure faults are accurately diagnosed and report to the Service Manager as required on vehicle condition, safety, reliability and performance, as well as completing any associated documentation/paperwork.
6. You will also need to ensure that Health & Safety, as well as work quality procedures relating to the task at hand, are adhered to at all times.
To be eligible for the Vehicle Technician Role:
7. You will need to live within a commutable distance of Salisbury
8. Fully qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair as a minimum
9. Ideally hold at least 1 to 2 years practical experience as a Vehicle Technician beyond your qualification.
10. You must be able to produce a high quality of work in a busy franchise-approved car dealer environment and be motivated to work in a KPI focused team.
11. You will have the capacity to structure and organise your workload and be an excellent team player. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential. An active MOT license is desirable but not essential.
