You’ll act as the internal technical authority, working alongside an external MSP while retaining control of day-to-day systems, user experience, and platform development. This is a hands-on, in-house role where your decisions and improvements will be seen and felt across the organisation.

Providing day-to-day Microsoft 365 and application support to internal users
Acting as the main internal point of contact with the external MSP

What you’ll bring to the table as an Application Support Engineer
Previous experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID
Proven experience designing and managing SharePoint Online sites
Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking
Experience using Power Automate or similar Microsoft 365 workflow tools
Working knowledge of PowerShell for automation and administration tasks
