* Lead real estate practice within the firm; manage client relationships and delivery for existing clients and new client wins.
* Provide leadership and act as a strategic adviser; develop and implement client development strategies for future growth.
* Collaborate within a supportive and cohesive team, with autonomy in decision-making.
* Contribute to growth initiatives and succession planning as needed.
