This leadership role is within Commercial Enablement, supporting the Head of Academy in designing, building, and delivering global development programmes for client advisors. These programmes focus on upskilling colleagues by providing the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours for success in advisory roles.
The role covers the entire programme lifecycle—from needs analysis and content creation to rollout and evaluation—working closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners. Key responsibilities include aligning learning initiatives with business goals and regulatory standards, managing stakeholder engagement across regions, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement, and fostering a strong learning culture.
Essential Criteria:
* Proven experience in learning and development, training, or coaching, preferably within financial services or a client-facing environment.
* Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions in virtual and classroom settings.
* Understanding of advisory or client relationship roles and their competencies.
* Strong programme management skills, with experience managing global or large-scale initiatives.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially in a matrixed environment.
* Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
* Comfortable working at pace and navigating ambiguity in a newly established function.
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience in global programme rollout and managing cross-cultural teams.
* Knowledge of learning technologies, platforms, and modern methodologies.
* Coaching or L&D qualifications.
* Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance related to advisory roles.
This role is based in London.

Accountabilities
* Develop and implement training and development programmes, including workshops and learning opportunities.
* Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to analyze development needs.
* Design and deliver classroom and digital training content and experiences.
* Manage onboarding programmes and support new employees.
* Analyze data to measure the success of talent development initiatives.
* Develop coaching, mentoring, and train-the-trainer programmes.
* Establish talent pipelining processes for succession and career progression.
