The Role
We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team at our head office in Old Dalby. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support across all our brands.
This is a fast-paced and varied role, perfect for someone who thrives on staying busy, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to be part of a growing company.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Please note: Weekend working is a permanent requirement of this role.
What You'll Be Doing
* Answer incoming calls, helping customers with product advice, orders, and enquiries
* Monitor live chat and support tickets with timely responses
* Assist walk-in customers with counter sales and friendly advice
* Escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager where needed
* Respond to customer reviews to uphold brand reputation
* Handle after-sales queries with a calm, solutions-focused approach
* Process orders, update customer records, and handle admin tasks
* Keep customers informed with regular updates about their orders
* Collaborate with the wider team to meet targets and ensure a great experience
