The Role
As Transaction Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and supporting the wider sales team. You will ensure every opportunity is maximised, processes are followed, and profitability is consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
* Support, coach, and lead a team of Sales Executives across new and used vehicles
* Drive performance through finance, insurance (F&I), and PCP renewals
* Manage and control the full sales process to maximise profitability
* Assist in structuring and closing deals, staying close to key negotiations
* Ensure team targets and dealership KPIs are consistently achieved
* Oversee sales campaigns, promotions, and daily activity
* Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance
About You
* Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or Sales Controller
* Strong background in both new and used car sales
* Proven track record in maximising finance and insurance performance
* Hands‑on approach with active involvement in deal structuring and closing
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
* Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation abilities
* Customer‑focused with a drive for delivering exceptional service
