The Role – What You'll Do
As a Sales Support Executive, you'll play a key role in keeping the sales process running smoothly and ensuring the team can focus on what they do best – winning business.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Booking appointments for Business Development Managers with prospective clients.
* Researching and identifying opportunities across target sectors.
* Making follow-up calls to prospects and clients to maintain engagement.
* Supporting the sales team with admin tasks such as preparing documents, updating the CRM, and sending out pre-prepared letters and marketing material.
* Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring information is passed quickly and accurately to the right manager.
* Helping the team stay organised so that Business Development Managers can maximise time out meeting clients.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a sales support, telesales, or administrative role (B2B experience preferred).
* Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking skills.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Proactive and reliable, with a team-focused approach.
* Enthusiastic, results-driven, and motivated to contribute to growth.
The Person
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and admin support. You'll be equally comfortable picking up the phone to make a call as you are keeping records accurate and documents ready for the team.
You won't be expected to go out and sell directly – but you'll be the backbone of the sales team, making sure opportunities are created, followed up, and organised so the Business Development Managers can focus on clients.
If you're ready to combine your admin skills with a customer-focused sales support role, apply today and join Oracle on our journey of growth.
