We are looking for a Project Delivery Specialist to join our Liberty Blume team in Bradford (BD4). This hybrid position requires at least two days per week in the office.
As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across People Services at Liberty Blume. You’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering a broad range of initiatives, including people-centric projects, payroll operations, business readiness activities, and continuous improvement programmes. Your work will help ensure that our processes remain efficient, compliant, and responsive to the evolving needs of the organisation.
What will you be doing?
* Ensure People Services are fully prepared for the seamless transition of project activities into business-as-usual (BAU) operations within the existing operating model.
* Proactively manage project risks, issues, and contingency plans to support successful delivery.
* Evaluate and enhance systems and processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with project outcomes.
* Respond to complex or specialist queries and data-related issues directly linked to project activities.
* Contribute to the delivery of Continuous Improvement initiatives as part of the wider project roadmap.
* Foster a collaborative, self-managed team environment by promoting shared problem-solving, project prioritisation, cross-functional support, and knowledge exchange.
* Support continuity in project delivery through cross-skilling, knowledge sharing, and ownership of personal and team development plans.
* Assist in the delivery of project administration services, ensuring high standards in communication, proactive auditing, maintenance, and management information (MI) analysis of the People Portal.
We tend to look for people with:
Essential
* Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
* Proven experience leading projects, ideally within an HR Shared Services environment, with exposure to HR processes, systems, and technology.
* Background in one or more of the following areas: HR, Benefits and Reward, Payroll, Change Management, Business Readiness, or Continuous Improvement.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Preferred
* Experience working in an HR function or supporting HR initiatives.
* Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and/or Oracle Fusion.
* Awareness of current trends and best practices in HR and Shared Services.
* Knowledge of process design methodologies is an advantage.
