We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee a self-sufficient portfolio of hard service contracts within a leading Facilities Management (FM) business, based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of long-term client relationships, ensure operational excellence, and deliver exceptional service standards across a variety of hard FM contracts. Key Responsibilities Lead the management of a portfolio of hard service contracts, ensuring all contractual obligations are delivered to the highest standard. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all account matters. Oversee compliance, health & safety, and statutory requirements across all contracts. Drive operational performance and identify opportunities for service improvements. Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficiency. Support and mentor operational teams to deliver service excellence. About You Proven experience as an Account Manager in Hard Services/FM. Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical (M&E), HVAC, building fabric and compliance services. Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to influence and build trust. Commercially astute, with strong financial and budget management capability. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Based within commuting distance of Portsmouth, Hampshire.
