Position Overview
You will be at the heart of the residential property department, managing a caseload of transactions from instruction to completion. You’ll provide clear, practical advice and guide clients through what can be a complex process, ensuring the experience is smooth, transparent and stress-free.
Responsibilities
* Build a rapport with referrers and clients
* Effectively communicate with clients and third parties
* Chase documentation, ID, mortgage offers and searches
* Provide proactive updates to clients regarding transactions
* Perform contract checks, mortgage reports and search results
* Reply to freehold and leasehold enquiries
* Handle exchange of contracts and completion of purchases
Requirements
* Strong experience in residential property law transactions
* Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong sense of pride in work and commitment to client service
* Hard-working attitude and desire to develop legal career
* Flexible and positive approach to working in a busy firm
