The Role The National Account Manager is r esponsible for the management, relationship and development of the commercial partnership between IPN and nominated customer(s) whilst delivering profitable growth and building brand equity. This is a permanent opportunity within our growing business. The base location can be either Thirsk, North Yorkshire or Northampton (Crick) offices with travel. Key Responsibilities of the National Account Manager Create and deliver key account strategies designed to grow annual revenue and profitability which meets IPN and customer expectations Identify and develop, in line with customer requirements, new business opportunities within the channel and deliver through the facilitation of Joint Business Plans Coordinate customer interfaces with key internal functions (Marketing, Operations, Finance etc.) to ensure a consistent business approach Engage with Marketing and Commercial teams and, in line with customer requirements, develop and deliver new/refreshed product ranges to market.
