The Role
As HR Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all things people-related.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including safer recruitment compliance
* Maintain and update HR records and systems
* Support staff onboarding, contracts, and employment documentation
* Provide administrative support on HR matters including absence monitoring and staff wellbeing
* Ensure adherence to school policies and relevant employment legislation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Proven HR experience (essential)
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
* Good working knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Working Pattern & Salary
* 32 hours per week
* 40 weeks per year (term-time plus additional weeks)
* Salary: £19,474 per annum
