Your role:
We are looking for aGraduate Sustainability Consultantto be based inBristol, London or Edinburgh, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with impact assessments, developing sustainability strategies, and helping to manage projects to ensure they are on time and on budget. You'll also support with research, site appraisals, planning applications, and appeals, all while building your professional network both within and outside the company. You will also provide sustainability advice for various projects, from site promotions to corporate strategies. As a collaborative member of our team and the graduate cohort, you'll work on diverse projects.

About you:
At Stantec, we value your potential over past experience. Along with your relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g. sustainability, environmental, or engineering related discipline), we’d love to receive your application if you are:-

Please note, we ask our graduates to come into the office 4 days per week, to ensure that you receive sufficient time with your team and receive the appropriate level of support.
