About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Manager to join a growing team, focusing on Care Home development and refurbishment projects. You will support the delivery of new build, extension, and renovation schemes across a diverse portfolio, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of care-specific design and compliance.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to projects that directly improve the well-being and quality of life for elderly residents across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the end-to-end delivery of care home projects from feasibility to completion.
2. Collaborate with senior project managers, contractors, consultants, and care providers.
3. Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and procurement processes.
4. Ensure compliance with CQC standards, Building Regulations, and design principles.
5. Manage stakeholder communications, including clients and design teams.
6. Monitor project performance, report progress, and identify risks proactively.
7. Attend site visits and meetings across multiple locations.
Qualifications and Experience
* 5+ years of experience in project management or construction consultancy, preferably with healthcare or care home projects.
* Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
* Knowledge of health & safety, building compliance, and planning frameworks relevant to care environments.
* Strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative approach.
* Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and reporting tools.
* Experience with regulated environments such as CQC is highly desirable.
