About the Role As a Room Leader, you will: Lead, support, and motivate your room team to deliver high-quality childcare and education. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children. Ensure strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Monitor and track children’s progress, providing feedback and support where needed. Work alongside the management team to maintain high standards across the setting. Qualifications & Experience To be considered for this role, you must have: A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent). Previous experience working as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A genuine passion for early years education and child development. Location & Travel Based in Beaulieu (Chelmsford) with good public transport links nearby. On-site parking available for those who drive.
