I'm currently partnered with a leading trading organisation that's looking for a Lead Developer to take ownership of technical direction, mentor a talented team, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

As Lead Developer, you'll be responsible for:
* Defining and leading the technical vision across key projects
* Partnering with stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities
* Mentoring engineers, fostering growth, and building an inclusive, high-performing team
* Driving best practice in architecture, code quality, and modern development approaches
* Delivering robust, test-driven software solutions using the latest tools and methodologies
What We're Looking For
* Strong background in .NET (C#), SQL Server, SSIS/SSAS, T-SQL
* Experience of data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake)
* Exposure with React/Angular/TypeScript
* Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
* Proven track record of leading development teams and engaging with stakeholders
* Commodities trading experience is a plus but not essential
