Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them to meet their needs. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information and promotions. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Handle customers inquiries by providing information about products and services. Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and maintain a positive work environment. Representing major clientele and assisting them by meeting customers to discuss their brand, while delivering the best face to face customer service. The ideal candidate Strong communication skills in English. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods. Ability to engage with customers confidently, demonstrating a passion for selling and providing outstanding service.
