As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring our facilities run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
* Creating a welcoming environment for all visitors, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
* Supporting the Duty Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining smooth facility management.
* Handling challenging situations with professionalism, guiding the team to resolve customer concerns effectively.
* Collaborating across departments to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
* Identifying opportunities for improvement, working with your Manager to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Engaging with visitors, answering queries, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
* Driving sales and retention, building relationships, generating leads, and promoting our services.
* Maintaining equipment and activity areas, ensuring everything is clean, safe, and ready for use.
* Setting up for scheduled programmes, preparing spaces and equipment as needed.
* Providing lifeguard support, ensuring a safe and enjoyable swimming environment for all.
* A valid Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
Qualifications
* Experience in a supervisory or team leader role, or the potential to step into one confidently.
