Job Description This is a fixed term contract position, starting in July 2025 till June 2026. This is a shift position, whereby you work 4 nights on starting at 22:00 till 06:00, then you have 4 rest days. Please note you will work a day shift, Monday - Friday for 6 weeks whilst Training. The core activity of the Stage Specific Operator role is to undertake the Cutting, Check-weighing and/or Primary Packing tasks associated with the Zoladex manufacturing process. Each operation is performed within an Aseptic Processing Area; therefore, the Service Provider must be medically fit to work in such an area, adhere to strict operational behaviours and be able to work with minimum supervision. Whilst having a detailed knowledge in at least one area of operation, the Stage Specific Operators development will focus on the ability to have a high level of operational knowledge for all activities associated with the Cut, Check-weigh and Packing processes. Job Responsibilities In addition to the general description of this job function, the following summarize key result areas, specific accountabilities and / or tasks, etc. associated with this scope of work: Generic Tasks: Set-up and operation of specific operating equipment. Performing technical adjustments of specific operating equipment. Operation of weighing/counting balances. Performing Hatch Transfers of consumables, components and various equipment. Management of component inventory. Performing product and component reconciliations. Performing minor interventions. Participating in major interventions. Completing and approving GMP documentation. Performing cleaning activities on critical locations. Performing cleaning operations of general APA and White Area locations. Taking and managing QC and reference samples. Conducting equipment performance monitoring e.g., balance and bag sealer checks. Conducting environmental and personal monitoring. Testing in-line critical devices e.g., sensor challenge tests. Set-up and change of in-line filters. Gathering KPI data. Identification and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives. Application of Lean tools and techniques, including participation in PDCAs. Supporting the development/training of new starters through on-the-job coaching. Participate in adverse event investigations e.g., QN and Customer Complaint investigations. Cutting Tasks: Product Inspection. Critical positioning and alignment of equipment e.g., analytical balance. Managing stock and performing critical checks within the product store. Check-weighing Tasks: Manual Assembly of QC samples in syringes. Archiving of electronic records. Critical positioning and alignment of equipment e.g., analytical balance.
