The Challenge…
* Assist with the running of the parts department, helping customers with their parts enquiries, and providing expert advice on commercial vehicle parts
* Accurately identify parts using parts catalogues and industry systems
* Process Orders, ensuring correct parts are supplied in a timely manner
* Liaise with internal departments such as the workshop and external suppliers to source parts
* Maintain stock levels, carry out inventory checks, and manage incoming deliveries.
* Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, building strong client relationships
* Keep up to date with the latest in product lines, technology, and industry trends.
* Leadership, mentor and support the parts advisors.
The Day to Day…
* 45 hours a week
* Friday 7.30-17:00
* Saturdays: 08:00 – 12:00 when needed for cover at overtime rate X1.5
What we’re looking for…
* Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role, ideally within the commercial vehicles sector
* Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles parts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer first attitude
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong IT skills and experience using parts catalogues, stock management and ordering systems,
* A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Problem solving mindset with attention to detail
* Natural ability to sell to customers
* Self-motivated to work on own initiative
