Role details:
Title: Customer Experience Administrator
Start Date: ASAP
Pay rate: £35,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week (Full Time)
Location: Maidenhead
Contract Length: 6 months
Main Responsibilities include:
Provide backup first line service to both customers and external partners
Giving guidance, advice, and training to partners supporting customer queries.
Management of shared inbox, answering queries effectively.
Internal and external communication

Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Experience within a customer service environment
