Position : Operations Assistant
Hybrid set up: 4 days in office and 1 from home ideally (weekly basis)

Key responsibilities for this Operations Assistant position:
* Being the point of contact and handling queries for events and programmes
* Inbox management and scheduling
* Managing and updating CRM system
* Coordinating event logistics and supporting with marketing and comms
What background and experience are the company looking for?
* Previous experience within an operations or admin role ideally for a not-for-profit or similiar environment
* Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Strong team player with experience of working in a fast paced environment in hyper growth
