Key Responsibilities Include:
* Using your product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to resolve queries both pre‑ and post‑cruise via inbound calls in a contact centre.
* Provide first call resolution to deliver the desired outcome.
* Build trusting relationships with our guests and travel agent partners, proactively identifying itineraries and cruise products that match their needs.
* Deliver guest satisfaction and a memorable experience.
Requirements: What You Need to Succeed
* Effective communication skills and be able to offer great customer service, with the desire to go the extra mile for our guests and travel partners.
* Problem solving ability with the capacity to resolve enquiries and complaints, delivering first call resolution to a high‑quality standard.
* Use product knowledge to identify opportunities to retain guests’ bookings by promoting our product features and benefits.

Support Advisor: What You Need to Know
Interview Process: You will be invited to complete an online assessment which includes tasks and a one‑way video interview, and then attend a face‑to‑face interview in Carnival House, Southampton, or an online Teams interview.
Interview dates will be throughout January and February 2026.
Start dates: March 2026. We may talent pool for future start dates.
Training: the first 8 weeks will be with our training team; Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00.
Average working hours are 40 per week.
Shifts are rostered within the Contact Centre opening hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 20:15, Saturday 08:30 to 18:15 and Sunday 10:00 to 17:15, inclusive of weekends and evenings. You will work 2 Saturdays in every 4 and 1 Sunday in every 4. Breaks for lunch are exclusive. Specific shifts, rotations and breaks will be arranged locally with the CCO Resource Planning team.
