A fantasticbusiness development opportunity to join our Mid Market organisationwithin Sky Business. What you'll do:
LeadGeneration & Prospecting : Leading the team to Identify and pursuenew business opportunities by researching potential clients,industries, and markets.
Moving at Pace: The ability tomultitask at pace, identify quick wins within the prospect base,qualify and close.
Accountability: Forecasting in thisrole is of vital importance, you will be expected to deliver acommitment for the team and play a pivotal role in driving sales toclose.
Sales & Revenue Growth : Develop and implementstrategies to achieve sales targets, working closely with the widerbusiness, providing feedback from customers and team, ensuring we areproviding the right services and solutions to Mid Marketcustomers.
Proposal & Contract Negotiation : Prepare anddeliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts that alignwith client needs and company goals.
Reporting: Track andreport on key business development activities, prospecting, salescycle, and performance metrics.
Team Leader Skills: Abilityto manager a team and their performance. Define clear KPI's. Ensureexpectations and objectives are set and understood. Be high motivatedand motivate others, providing guidance and encouragement. Ensure teammembers take responsibility of their tasks.
Resilience :Adjust strategies when needed, encourage creative problemsolving.
What you'll bring:
* A track record ofdelivering high volume new business telecoms deals into Mid-Marketbusiness's
* Strong communication, negotiation, andpresentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
* Highly motivated with a results-orientedmindset.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce),Microsoft Office Suite, and other business development tools.

This role is a Field based and involve travel around the UK includingregular visits to Sky Offices, including our head office inIsleworth
