We are looking for a suitable applicant to join our Estate Management Team that maintains and develops a substantial estate at one of the country's foremost Teaching Foundation Trusts.
Responsibilities will include undertaking major repairs and maintenance across this site. The role also involves carrying out regular inspections of plant and equipment, ensuring any irregularities are promptly reported.
The successful candidate will provide a fully comprehensive Estate Management Service to the Trust, including operational maintenance, to ensure maximum lifespan and reliability of its assets and equipment.
