Role Overview
Joining a brand new care home from the very beginning offers a genuinely exciting opportunity to help shape the culture, standards and day-to-day environment as the service develops. As part of the team from the outset, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and supportive home where residents feel safe, respected and genuinely cared for.
As Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents’ lives every day. This role is central to delivering high quality, person‑centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall well‑being. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional well‑being, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
No two shifts are the same in this role. Some days will be busy and fast‑paced, others more relaxed, but you will always be part of a supportive team working together to provide the highest standard of care and create a positive environment throughout the home.
Whether you already have experience in care or are completely new to the sector, full training, guidance and ongoing support will be provided to help you build confidence, develop valuable skills and grow within your role.
