Staffline are working alongside our client, a well known hotel based in Belfast to assist with the recruitment of a Breakfast Chef, Sous Chef and Executive Chef to join their team on a permanent basis

Job Role:
Breakfast Chef - per week - Full Job Specification available £28K
6. Responsible for preparing and delivering breakfast to guests
7. Preparation and service of breakfast to the highest standards
8. Adhering to specifications
Sous Chef - per week - Full Job Specfication available £35-40K
9. You will partner the Head Chef to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the kitchen team
10. Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence
11. Keen eye for details
Executive Chef - Full time - Full Job Specification available £65-70K
12. Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the kitchen operation and team
13. Demonstrating expertise in culinary leadership
14. Ensure the commercial success of the business, operating within the parameters of food and wage costs set, reflecting a commitment to partnership with the wider business goals
15. Plan and implement innovative menus and systems to drive the commercial success of the business, showcasing your expertise in culinary trends and operational efficiency
16. Consistently prepare and present food to the highest standards, ensuring all team members adhere to the established specifications, guaranteeing consistent quality and guest satisfaction
Essential Criteria:
17. Minimum of 3 years experience at Head Chef level
18. Strong people manager and an inspirational leader
19. Knowledge of working to and with financial targets
20. Guest-oriented and service-minded
21. Knowledge of large scale functions/events
