Internal Account Executive (UK & Ireland) - Doncaster\nThe Role\nDo you possess previous experience within sales or account management? Are you driven and organised? Do you have excellent numeracy and customer service skills?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.\nWe are a global supplier of cables and cable accessories, and we are looking for an individual that thrives in a fast paced and self-sufficient environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\n- Plan, prioritise, and accurately process sales quotations & orders, ensuring all details are correctly transferred into the order management system.\n- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and ensuring all orders are implemented with 100% accuracy.\n- Take full ownership of transactions from initiation to completion, working collaboratively with procurement and logistics teams to deliver results.\n- Adhere to administrative policies and procedures while maintaining detailed records of client communications and activities in the CRM system.\n- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.\n- Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable feedback to support business development.\n- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.\nThe Company\nA UK-based supplier of cables and cable accessories supporting projects across industries including Energy Storage, railways, mining, renewable energy, construction and infrastructure. Our portfolio includes a wide range of power, data and control cables manufactured to British, European and international standards, and we have a successful track record of delivering cable solutions to over 130 countries.\nIt is our unswerving commitment to quality and the reliability of our service, including project logistics and comprehensive technical support, that lets us consistently deliver exceptional results for our customers.\nThe Person\nThe key skills and qualities of an Internal Sales Executive are:\n· Energetic and charismatic.\n· Strong organisational skills.\n· Enjoy following all tasks through to completion.\n· Experience within a busy office environment.\n· A high level of numeracy is essential.\n· Take responsibility for meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations.\n· Demonstrate acute attention to detail.\n· Strong communication skills (written and spoken English) and good telephone manners are crucial.\n· Able to work well under pressure as the role requires dealing with numerous time-sensitive activities, sometimes simultaneously.\n· A positive attitude.\n· Previous experience in either account management / customer service / sales admin is required.\n· An electrical, industrial or B2B sales background is advantageous
