About the role
We are seeking a motivated and driven leader to join our People function in Wakefield. Fantastic opportunity to lead our coordinators in delivering the day to day operations of the service department.

Key responsibilities
* You will manage and lead our team of 6 people coordinators based at our Wakefield office.
* Hold 1:1s, set objectives and conduct performance reviews, and allocate workloads.
* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of employment administration.
* Support policy and compliance.
* Oversee data entry, data integrity, and GDPR compliance.
* Lead on reporting activity that supports wider people strategies.
* Work collaboratively with Payroll and the wider people team (L&D and Resourcing) to ensure the best employee experience.
About you
* Experience in an HR operations environment.
* Team leadership experience with the ability to guide and coach team members.
* Expertise in HR systems, data, reporting, and understanding the employee lifecycle.
* A solution‑focused mindset and continuous improvement.
* Effective communication and influencing skills.
