The Role – Internal Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance:

You'll play a pivotal role in driving new business by managing and developing relationships with mortgage brokers and intermediaries across a specific region. Working closely with an external field BDM, you'll be the first point of contact for brokers — educating them on products, generating terms, and converting enquiries into applications.

Internal Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance: Key Responsibilities

* Proactively build and maintain strong broker relationships via phone and email
* Promote Bridging Finance products to new, existing, and lapsed intermediaries
* Partner with the external BDM to develop the region's broker base and maximise deal flow
* Assess and qualify incoming enquiries, provide terms, and help move deals to application stage
* Ensure the CRM system is kept accurate and up to date with all broker interactions
* Keep ahead of the curve with market trends, competitor insights, and product developments
* Deliver an outstanding broker experience, ensuring all interactions reflect the company's service-first ethos
